Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Before work begins: you may cancel — a 10% administration fee is withheld and the rest is refunded.

• After work begins: the 25% prepayment is non-refundable, and completed work beyond it is billed proportionally.

• Rush orders (100% upfront) are non-refundable once work starts.

• After final delivery and your acceptance, all sales are final.

• If Qmer cannot deliver the agreed scope, unused amounts are refunded in full.

• Any dispute is resolved through direct discussion first.

Payment Policy

• To confirm an order, a 25% prepayment is required before work begins. It reserves your slot and covers the initial work.

• The remaining 75% is paid before the final files are handed over.

• Rush orders (50% faster) require 100% upfront payment.

• Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month.

• Prices are fixed per the quoted tier; add-ons are itemised separately.

• Payment methods and an invoice are provided once your order is confirmed.
